Our diet will focus on proteins, vegetables, and fruits. You do not have to starve yourself in order to loss weight and feel good about yourself, nor do you have to get on some crazy diet. The keys to our food plan are:
  • Eat moderate amounts of protein at breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Eat lots of lower carbohydrate vegetables
  • Eat often
  • Follow the plan and avoid eating foods that have not been recommended.

    If you will experience and give yourself to the program we know you will leave Telluride with a better understanding of how to make yourself feel better over a long period of time instead of just a “quick fix” diet.

    Once you follow our plan and your body adjusts to the different foods you should experience:
